Streamclip Question

I mostly use Streamclip to convert DVDs to QT files, but I just tried to convert a QT file to a Windows Media file. Everything works great until I hit the :30 mark, then the bar shoots across and that's all it does. I checked my in and out points and it's for the full 02:33. I went through the preferences and other settings to see if there was a default length switch, but I didn't see one. I also tried starting with different formats and adjusting compression settings. No Joy.

What am I doing wrong?
