Pc can´t read cam disc Samsung VP-DC 171

Can´t find sollution to my problem.
Camcorder Samsung VP-DC 171 with small disk...
-when connected directly to DVD recorder,you can record all material on HDD and burn-no probs,but it comes with all recordings datas on screen...
-when you put cam disk to PC,it says,it can´t read it,wrong format(TAO) which Windows can´t handle...in any program-it simply can´t open the disc!
I´ve tried different progs to move contains of this disc to PC HDD but no success...always errors or wrong format...
Anybody knows something,maybe something special with that camera,why it´s impossible to move over all material from disc to PC?

You need to finalize the disc while it is in the camera.
Read the manual, it's in there.

There is probably a way to turn the dates off too.
