Mixing HVX200 and DVX100 SD footage

Hey there,

We're going to shoot a short for the LA 48 hr festival.
We have a HVX200, which we're going to shoot SD with.
We might get another camera, namely the DVX100b.

My question is whether the footage from both Panasonic cameras will match, granted we shoot 24p in both, and same settings.

Will this be shown online? If it is the difference after compression will not be so noticable.. really hard to tell at all. Same for SD DVD, there will be a quality different but slight.. compared to if you were playing it in HD. just depends upon the final format in large part,
