About the physics of the skater dolly. How do the three wheels work in unison?

What's the formula for figuring out the ideal A, B, C wheel angles for any given diameter? I have the quick reference chart, but if I wanted to calculate a specific turning radius, there must be some kind of way to figure that out.

You just point the axles of each wheel at the point you want to rotate around- that's why some of the more fancy skater dolleys use laser pointers mounted in line with the wheel axis.
