Just bought two 16gig P2 cards for the HVX200. The HVX200 has the latest 4.0.6 update. Put the cards in, formatted the cards, everything was working great. Was shooting in 1080i/24p, wanted to fill the first card up quick so the 2nd card would take over, worked fine. On the 2nd card, wanted to try overcranking, so we switched to 720p/60fps, record check worked fine but when we went to access the card we received "System Error P2 Micon Error". Nothing has worked right since. After restarting, resetting the camera and reformatting the cards (eventually let us), we've been getting a series of the above error and "Format Err!". Does this sound more like a camera issue or card issue? Anything we can try? Thanks!
