Hy,
my name is Luis García

I hope somebody can help me with this question:

I,m working in a projet using timelapse photos with canon 10 D and an external intervalometer. The problem I have is that I can't grab RAW photos in an interval of 8 seconds or less, cause the buffer of the camera have a limit of speed or space, I think.

The Nikon D300 have an interval intervalometer?

Whith Nikon D300 it's possible to grab RAW photos without limit of velocity?
It's another way to do it, using an external hard disk or something like that?

I used computer to make timelapse too, but it's very annoying if you are shoting in streets, fields etc

Thank you very much

The D300 will do up to 19 RAW captures in "continuous" mode ... 6 per second? 100 in JPG.

How much time do you need between shots? The 10D will do 3 frames per second in 9 frame bursts in JPG or JPG/RAW (I don't know if it does RAW only ... a Canon person could tell you.)

My Sony A700 will do 18 continuous (5 frames per second) in RAW and unlimited in JPG up to capacity of memory.

It all depends on how much time between shots ...

The 10D is a joke if it takes more than 4 seconds for the interval. Grab a used Rebel XT for 300 bucks and you will be fine.
