I have voice over from Apple Soundtrack Pro, after export I put it into AE CS3, now the VO is very quiet. If I boost the Audio in Soundtrack Pro is as high as it can. I haven't had this problem before this project. The file is an .aif
Any thoughts?

Can you not import video footage into soundtrack pro? I would take my finished work from AE and use it in an NLE or sound app to put sound to it, not the other way around.

If it sounds loud in Soundtrack pro, when you export, unless you are tweaking something with your export settings, it should be the same.

Are you applying filters to the VO? If so, to you have to render the filters to the audio and then save? That's kind of the way Sound Forge works.

It turned out to be a Soundtrack Pro issue. I ended up selecting the track and then Normalizing it. This solved the proplem.
