DV Rack 2.0

This is somewhat of an odd question. I was wondering if anyone has an original copy of Serious Magic DV Rack 2 that they are willing to sell? No I am not looking for a pirated version nor am I looking for a copy of a copy. I have Adobe Premiere Pro 1.5 and don't feel that I need to upgrade to CS3 as of yet. If anyone has a copy that they are willing to part with let me know. Thank you.
