Blue/Greenscreen Paint

I am getting a house soon and will be putting some permanent keying walls in. I was wondering if the paint has to be specific for chromakeying (Rosco for example) or if something that's the same shade and in matte/non-gloss would work.

I'll be augmenting it with a 10x12' green & 10x25' blue

Probably be using fluorescents for the backgrounds.
