My headphone jack has stopped working. I know this is a common problem, but do you know if I can fix the issue myself or would I be better off taking it to a repair shop?
Has anyone fixed their headphone jack?

Same here, Anyone? I have to hold in the headphoen plug to get any type of sound.

I have had three HVX's headphone jacks fail, or only work sometimes. It's a known issue that panasonic hasn't really addressed. I did speak to someone not to long ago at Panasonic broadcast repair shop and he said they'd "go easy" on me when billing for the repair.... the impression that I got was that he got cameras in all the time with the headphone jack problem.
