steadicams?

Hi. I'm force to make a quick decision. Leaving the country....

is there anything new from steadicam besides the flyer? is the Merlin still the best economical solution? any other company showcasing good stabilizers like Merlin or close to it?

if there is I could find a way to wait, otherwise have to buy before I leave. So, far I haven't heard anything from this topic.

In addition to the Flyer LE that Steadicam announced a few weeks ago, they also annonced the Clipper 3 in both 12v and 24v versions (Clipper 312 and Clipper 324). But that's a big rig, that never really gets mentioned in the same sentance as Merlin. :)
