.FLV Flash Video File???

I just used Quitcktime Pro to export 2 /AVI files to .FLV files, but now, none of my software, including Adobe Flash, will open it...am I missing something here? How do I view these files?

When I used MX 04, I tended to use FFMPEGX to convert MOV files to FLV, but half the time I came up with those zero kb files like you. Pre Flash 8, I found that if something wasn't exactly right, FFMPEGX would not do the trick. The "export to FLV" option in Quicktime 7 Pro that comes with Flash 8 is really robust and has not once produced ill results, plus, it's remarkably fast.

There is another solution for this. There must definitely be a problem in the conversion. You can get TVC for free and convert the mov file again to flv. Select High quality under user options. It's done. It works fine for me. Enjoy high quality flvs!!!!!!!!
