Do they make USB OTG drives that are battery powered? If so, they are damn hard to find.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

they work like a charm, but NOT on my 16gb cards, only 4 & 8....I put out an SOS a while back but no replys....Now its used for my digital camera...

Thanks. The only card I have IS a 16 GB card! What happened? Why didn't it work?
I have the same OTG drive, I'll test it with my new 16gb card soon and let you know. Apparently the p2 files are written in something like 2gb blocks so I don't know why the drive wouldn't work.

I'd appreciate that tmnt. Yeah, Barry didn't mention anything not working with the USB OTG drives in Bootcamp (I think).

I use a USB 2.0 On-The-Go BMOTG2.5 from Beyond Micro (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817424005) - $33.69.
Works just fine, but I haven't pushed the battery to the limit yet.

I talked to Barry G about the Anyware one, he didnt know. I even got another one, no luck, only 4 & 8 gig, not 16gb. Now I use a laptop & external drive. If the Beyond Micro one works with 16gb, I might get one of those...Very convienent for certain jobs..Aluminum case also a plus over Anyware one...

It looks like the Beyond Micro is out of stock from NewEgg, too. Maybe you can find it from someone else?
You can put any capacity drive you want in the housing. It's pretty rugged, too. The case can take a beating. :)
