what do i neeed to open my footage

hi , i own hvx and focus fs 100 and im new to this , i recorded files on 720 P /24 just to test , i use the p2 format (mxf file) quick time , dv raw... all of them cant be open or i just hear sound , i tried to open it with after effects 7.0 and nothing , so can you tell me how to open the files , thank you

You need to have a supported editing program. Or you can use raylight to convert to avi

wich one that u know are suported , i kept searching and i dont want get something that wont work ,...ooh ps why i cant open the quickttime footage , is it because its on hd?

Apple doesn't support DVCProHD on Windows. AFAIK, Edius Broadcast is the only PC-based NLE that will open DVCProHD QuickTime files without any third-party software, but if you install Raylight Decoder you'll be able to open those files in anything that can open other types of QuickTime files.
