Hi, I recently purchased a HVX200 and a fs-160. I'm a novice when it comes to actually operating a camera. My problem is that I shot some footage to the fs drive and I set it up according to the user guide. However, I selected as a Format DVCpro50 yet the fs recorded everything in DVCproHD. Not sure what I am doing wrong, any advice would help. Again I'm new to using this equip. Thanks.

on your fs160 you should have a setting for recording formats, and under that is dvcpro50... I think. It's been awhile since I've had to use mine.
Also, I thought that if you started your HVX, and it's setting were correct, then plugged the fs100 in and turned it on it will detect the settings and auto set it's setting accordingly... you might have ot have it in the right IEEE host mode or whatever.
