Hi,
I just got my HVX and I've been reading Barrys book ( Awesome! - I can't imagine how hard this would be without it!) I want to film in 720pn. Can I bring 720pn into Premiere CS3? Would I use 720p setting? Thanks!........dave

Hey Dave,

I'm fairly certain you can. CS3 has fantastic support for the HVX/P2, That's what i use :)

Ben

CS3 works great with all of the HVX formats, completely native! just make sure you have all the updates installed

Thanks for the reply. In the project menu in CS3, " For editing MXF material recorded in 720p/24p or 720p/24pn modes with a 60Hz Panasonic P2 camcorder. Material recorded using Variable Frame Rates will be treated as 23.976fps. Progressive rendering." Don't know why I didn't see that, thanks again for your time..................dave
