adding DV artifacts

any body know of a way to add blocky artifacts to your film - if theres a custom plug-in that would be especially helpful...

GenArts Sapphire includes a plug call "JPEG damage" that might do the trick.

or go the cheep way and export your seaquence as a JPEG img seaquence at low quallity ;-).
