Zacuto USA to Announce 24 New Products at NAB 2008
Zacuto USA (http://www.zacuto.com/) will show up at NAB with 24 new products. See them in booth C8015, April 14-17 in the Central Hall, Las VegasConvention Center.
This year the Zacuto line is all about quick-release locking devices that cannot unwind or loosen. The Zacuto booth will also have on hand many Letus35 Extreme DOF adapters (including some new top secret prototype units), RedRock M2 adaptors, RED ONE products and their entire line of camera support equipment to touch and feel.

* The Z-Focus, Zacuto’s follow focus.
* Zamerican II articulating arms with new features and improvements.
* Universal rod adapters, interchange between 15mm lightweight, 15mm and 19mm studio rod configurations.
* New mounts and lens supports for 15mm and 19mm rods.
Zacuto will also be showing several videos in their booth. Produced by Zacuto and Fresh DV, these videos were shot at RDS in Chicago and featured a model in set in a bathroom scene with lighting done by Daniel Herman DP. The videos include:
* A side by side comparison of leading cameras including: Arri 35mm, REDONE, Panasonic HPX3000, Sony F900, Panasonic Varicam, Sony EX1, Panasonic HVX200
* DOF (Depth-of-field) adapter comparison including: Letus35 Extreme, RedRock M2, Brevis, MovieTube, P+S Techniks
The word is that Zacuto will be giving out 2000 hats and t-shirts with their new round Zacuto USA logo. Check out all the action at the Zacuto booth, C8015 in Central Hall.
