Anyone else here diabetic?
just wondering...
The initial reason I bought my DVX was to do a documentary on the subject, as I have large set of resources available to me to do so. But it is on hold at the moment.
I am bored..

I know plenty and my daughter is a diabetic in training. :(

My father who is 45 yo is diabetic!
Hard disease to cope with :(
I'm not overly fond of needles so I would have a lot of trouble if I ended up with it. So far so good at least.
Sorry to hear that Thartly :(. That must be especially hard as a parent.
I think a documentary would be a great idea Loki. I'd certainly watch it.

My very best friend has it, but its under control with meds so far. No needles. Another friend's mom just had two different amputations done since Thanksgiving. And one my best friends from highschool has it real thick in her family. So, its something I am familar with on many points. Daughter is in the clear so far, but down the road may not be looking too good for her. Why are teenagers so bulletproof? :-/ Rhetorical question, of course.

it is something personal for me... I am not quite ready to do it yet..
