Fps speedy setup!

I just wanted to give a setup suggestion, for what its worth, may not be for everyone but it works for me for now. I wanted a quick way to go from 12fps to 60fps so what I did was setup my scene files with the different fps dialed in. Now all I have to do is turn the scene file nob and I can go from 12 to 60. Understand that not all speeds are represented, you have to choose which ones you want or which ones you use most often. It is a very quick way to shoot different fps. Also all other scene settings should be the same, a little draw back perhaps but once you have your look dialed in for a particular shoot just save to SD card and when needed upload back to camera. Is there anyone else doing this? Just my two cents.:nads:

I do the same thing. One set of scene files on my SD card has scene files that are identical except for the frame rate. All other scene files I have use DEFAULT for the frame rate and are thus usable in any recording mode.

If I want to change the look of the scene files by changing the pedestal or gamma, it is still relatively easy to do since you can change the scene file dial position while in the menu -- changing all six scene files from one gamma to another takes less than a minute.

I do this too! All my hacked frame rates are saved as a set on my SD card.

Speaking of FPS, has anyone had any bad expierences with hacking frame rates?
How is it done?
