TV safe line dimensions?

Perhaps I should have posted this in the Premiere forum, but thought I'd try here first.

I'm creating some stills in Photoshop CS to be used as DVD menu screens. I want to make sure all the links stay within the TV safe lines for a standard 4:3 screen. What are the dimensions for the TV safe line boundaries?

Try this....

Go to the file menu..then to NEW, scroll down to "NTSC DV 720 X 480 (with guides)"
and open it up and you should have the safe area as guides....

Thanks very much. I didn't even realize the safe lines were a file option in Photoshop. I'm back in business!
