I want to make some stock footage of sparking squibs. Ive looked at Artbeats and other stock footage and didnt see what I wanted.

I thought I'd ask for advice on camera settings before I waste alot of squibs try to get it right. I was planning on using a black screen in the background and no lights so the camera will pick up the sparks pretty good.

Has anyone done this before?

Thanks
Jason

Let me know what you find out. Are you saying you want the only the squib blood so it can be overlaid on other footage and the you wouldn't have the expense of the squib or the tech that comes with it? I would be interested in this footage if you can do it successfully.

I want to film just the burst of sparks from the squibs, the ones they use for bullet hits on objects. I thought I'd shoot in 720p 60fps and composite in my actions movies.
