iTunes Weirdfulness

So I clicked on a particular track in iTunes, and got the little gray-exclamation-point and diabox telling me that the file can't be found, would I like to find it.

The file has always lived in the same folder as all the other music...but now *poof* it's gone.

On a relatively new machine.

Theories?

Hmmm. I had this happen when I temporarily moved my music to an external drive and then back again. Check your preference in itunes. itunes, as logical as it seems, doesn't default to putting your music in the "music" folder. ... Atleast not on my ibook. If you search you should find it and then it relinks - sort of. I ended up moving everything again.

Happens to me, some how the song got deleted off my computer.
