I'm happy to say that I was able to get a booth at NAB at the last minute, due to a cancellation. Thought I would have to wait to 2009 to exhibit my jib. I don't have a firm booth number yet, as they might switch me with someone else. Will probably be C11526; if not, it will be in that same area.
Looking forward to seeing some fellow DVXuser people there. I'll post/confirm the booth number when I get the official word.

Awesome news, Dan!
I'd urge all users here to go check out all the DVXuser sponsors that are exhibiting at NAB.
People like VanceJib help keep this site running.
I'm guessing I won't make it out to Vegas (yet again)... but hopefully you'll get a lot of members dropping in to say hi
(and to check out the jib, of course).

My booth number is C11321.
Note that the online directory might list a different number, because they were moving me around, but they assure me this is the correct number.
There will be a Show-Special price of $1399, for anyone who buys or places an order at the show. And of course there will be a little something special for DVXusers.
Even if you're not in the market for a jib, stop by and say Hi!

Great news. A jib is one of the reasons I am going to NAB. I have had my eye on the VanceJib for a while. I will be stopping buy for a test drive.

I wil be there as well...very curous about Vancejib as I used to use a promax jib and was all set to purchase another one until the power of advertising here on dvxuse.com. Gotta love those banner ads!

So has anyone made it by the VanceJib booth?
I'm curious to know how the jib looks/feels in person.
I saw a prototype of it months ago - but haven't seen the final production version yet.
Anyone check it out?

I stopped by and met Dan yesterday. Nice fella'. Saw his Jib. Think he sold a couple yesterday (1st day) as well on the show floor.
Looks pretty decent. Can't wait to get mine home and try it out....
Later,
Jason

That's good news.
From my incredibly limited experience with it, it seems to be a very nice jib.

that is the coolest jib I have ever seen. The only thing that kept me from buying one last time I had the money was the fact that my production trailer was not long enough to store the arm in. This solves that problem! I will definitely be calling you when it comes jib time again!
No one seems to talk about the advanta-jib

I think it rocks. Easy to operate. Full pan and tilt head. Ten foot reach.
It seems to offer everything you could want and it's price is good too.
Worth a look.
