Guys,
I've posted a few grabs from the HPX over on my "Warriors" thread…
http://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthread.php?t=124397
Although we shot both HPX and HVX, all of the grabs there are from the HPX. Nothing has been color-corrected, only the contrast has been tweaked. We were using the Fujinon kit CAC lens.
As for my opinion on the camera itself…
It's an amazing piece of kit. I can't say enough about the difference having a "real" lens makes over the HVX. The audio connections and the six-pin FW400 connection came in handy, as we ended up filling 80GB worth of P2 cards with 1080i/24PA material, and had to connect the Firestore to keep shooting.
Now, as much as I enjoyed it, for my style of shooting (run-and-gun, on small boats and in difficult environments), I'll stick with the HVX.
Oh, and please post any comments or questions here, and not in the film thread.
