any suggestions? I'm moving to Hawaii, it's going to be humid. I was just curious if anyone knows the best ways to take care of your camera equipment in hot, humid conditions. for instance my tapes, the camera itself, audio equipment, lights, batteries.... Is there anything I should be afraid of? Long term humidity, I'm sure will ruin my camera, anything at all? anyone?

Great question. I'll be moving to Burma (Myanma) in July and have been wondering exactly the same.

One thing I will plan to do is keep one large or several small packets of that silicon gel drying stuff in my camera bag at all times. Other than this, I'll look forward to what others have to say.

Cheers

I will be teaching in a school there for a few years. I hope to use the opportunity to film as much about Burmese/Buddhist culture as I can. I also can't wait to trip around Thailand while I'm there. I've never been.

I hope someone can help with our question.

Cheers
