Is it possible to capture from Google Earth? I want to incorporate a cool fly-to into my After Effects 7.0 project.
Thanks anyone...
Aza
You can do a screen capture then animate the flyover in AE or you can do the fly over in google earth capture it live with Snapz pro and import that file.

Andrew Kramer has a tutorial on how to make an earth fly-in. But he takes still screen shots at different altitudes, this way you can cut out googles logo and inferface.

That is an awesome tutorial!
Any idea where you buy the hi-rez photos from? I have a customer that is looking for something almost identical to that.
I have tried screen grabs from Google Earth, but when I take them into AE they have only saved at 1024x743, no where near as big as the ones in the tutorial.

Martin.

You need to license through google earth. They'll get you high res images. Pricing depends on usage terms etc.
