VariZoom's New Crane at NAB 2008

This is Tom McKay from VariZoom. I wanted to give the DVX members a preview of one of the four variations of our new crane. The shot shown is with about 15' of boom.

Please come by our booth at NAB in the main hall we have several new products that will be announced at the show. Ity goes together very fast and is extremely strong.

That is our new MC50 head good for cameras up to about 15 pounds.

I am going to say 25 pounds in that configuration. There is about 230 pounds on the rear. If you removed one section you would reduce length by about 4' 6" and could load up to 35 pounds and that is for both remote head and camera.

The Mc100 and Mc50 are both about 10 pounds so you could go 15 pounds of camera with what is shown or 25 pounds of camera with our MC100 in the shorter configuration that is not shown.
