720 60 slo mo

Can/will Premiere cs3 take 720 60p footage into a 30p (29.whatever) timeline and output true slo mo? In other words...can Premiere repeat/duplicate each frame twice or will it do some sort of frame blending to accomplish the half speed desired result?

dunno about premier, but AE CS 3 certainly does it. I am working with 60FPS footage now and taking it down to closer to 200FPS. AE CS3 handles the frame interpolation, etc with a lot of options for messing with it.
