My First Same Day Edit with 2 EX1's

I shot my first full wedding with my two EX1s and did my first all EX SDE. Very pleased with the quality now that the cameras match! The color rendition is amazing...i tried to encode it at high quality but it falls apart in some areas..esp a couple Glidecam shots.


So happy that i don't have to try and match my EX1 with my V1 anymore. This was edited onsite and shown at the reception.

Beautiful stuff. You captured so many great shots it's like it was staged! Composition was great. Camera moves were awesome. I like the way you shoot to avoid jump cuts (not easy when capturing live events that are happening quickly). You guys must charge a fortune!

How did you do those high shots that come down? It kind of looks like a jib. Obviously, the client did not mind having the camera everywhere. Some couples don't allow that. So is the finished product this music video or do you also give the client footage with sound?

That one shot was down with glidecam over my head. (i am 6'3" sp that helps!)

I don't charge a fortune..but i get pretty good money for just 8 hours of work. In this particular case, they paid for just that edit which i give to them on DVD after the showing. No post production!
