Im shooting skateboarding videos with my DVX100B and century fisheye at 30P..Im shooting it with an aspect ratio 16:9..when im filming it looks great.you can hardly see the vig from the lens around the frame, but when I capture it into FCP it looks horrible in anamorphic..Im not sure why it isnt looking the same way i shot it if the 100B's frame veiw is full framed. does anyone have any suggestions on what to do PLZ! thanks

The DVX100B's 16:9 LCD mode does not show the whole frame. It is significantly overscanned on all sides, including top and bottom, which is highly problematic since on a 16:9 DVD on 4:3 TV you will see all the way to the top and bottom of the frame.
You need to know this and compensate during shooting when using DVX100B in SQUEEZE with the 16:9 LCD mode. Or, use the 4:3 LCD mode which is the full image area, and just learn to deal with the squished looking preview.
