shutter speed question

i noticed you cant got to a shutter speed of 30 or 15 like the pd150, but when i use sls = 2, im assuming thats the equivelent of 30 shutter, its so stroby and dramatic to me (way more dramatic than pd150 at 30), is there a more subtle slow shutter speed. ive only messed with speed and sls so far

im shooting 60i.

1080 30p has a much better look than 60i and sls=2, but i want to take advantage of the increased light into the lens with slow shutter.
