Anyone using the AT4073a w/Sony EX1?

i recently read a thread on another forum stating that one should STAY AWAY from the audio technica at4073a if they own the ex1. they said that while it is a great mic for the price, there was an electrical issue with this specific audio technica and the ex1. they had called sony and sony confirmed it. they also said that it is only with this specific audio technica. the others had no known issues. i ask this because i am about to pull the trigger and get the 4073a but not if this is true of course. any one out there with this setup.

well. others seem to have had no problems with this combo. so perhaps it is just a particular instance. don't want to give the at4073a bad cred. another user has had nothing but good results. go figure.
