Need Office Location-NYC 1day - will trade favors

Thought I'd reach out to the community here for help getting an office location (specifically one with a conference/board room) for a short comedy I'm doing for a film contest.

Hoping to shoot either the weekend of March 12th or Easter weekend. It's just a one day thing.

I'm willing to trade favors. I have loads of production gear if you need something for a shoot. I have numerous skills in editing, motion graphics and cinematography. I have two working hands and two working legs for any crew work.

Ok, seriously does it have to be in Manhattan, view? Or do you just need a board room in close proximity to you, and you happen to live in the city?

I just need something near me, in Manhattan or Brooklyn preferably.
No windows ideally. Or very small windows.

well, that sort of leaves out my office. Our conference room over looks Bryant Park actually the Bryant Park Library and the wall is one big window. Get to watch all the parades go down 5th ave in a nice leather chair. :)
