WHAT IS THE NAME Of This Type of Shot/Edit? And How Can I Do It?

I am talking about those flashy edits done to films where we are watching a picture, full screen, get scaled down to 1/4 of its size , pushed to the right when another shot comes in, from the left, etc... Maybe a picture well better describe what I am talking about...

first off you can not use all bold and such a large font.

Maybe it's called Picture in Picture? The Ken Burns effect?

Not sure how you accomplish it in Ulead.

You would need to be able to edit two layers though. So you shrink the frame of one layer, which reveals the full-size picture of the second layer underneath. Does Ulead have layers?
