Timefest Poster Designer!

Hey guys, a few of you know that my schedule has been pretty hectic lately... and I'm itching to get involved in each and every one of these fests... so without further adieu I am hereby offering my services as a poster designer for anyone that needs some advertisement!!

I've done several posters around each of these fests (and likewise promised to make posters that never got finished) ... but this time it will be different! I will design a large movie poster and a small banner for your signature. All I need is a PM from you with a little description about your film, maybe a link to your thread and/or any visual preplanning you might have done. Storyboards, location shots, etc.

Let me know! I could definitely use this stuff for my own portfolio so BRING EM ON!

I myself am offering my writing services for this fest, but am also seriously considering (like 99%) making my own entry as well. Normally I would make the poster myself, but with all the screenplays and filming etc, the quality might suffer. So, if I decide to enter my own, I will definitly hit you up for a poster! NOOOOOOO! Haha, let me know if your work load lightens up and you can take on another. Maybe you can put me first in the queue? I won't be starting on my film for sometime because I am busy writing scripts for others, but when I do I would love one of your posters.

UPDATE:

I was just "hired" by dvxuser local Daniel Piatt (pia12254) to design the movie poster for his incredible film "God and Country" -- go check out the trailer at www.godandcountrymovie.com -- Daniel is a very talented filmmaker and I'm honored to work on his poster design.

This means the timefest posters will probably be put on hold for the moment. I foresee a bit of free time in my future so I hope to use that for designing the timefest posters. I just wanted to let you all know in advance. I will be PMing each of you.

well ultimately ive been meaning to finish designs for Daniel Piatt's film "God and Country" but the project has literally been eating away at me. its like i get these ideas, they dont work.... and then its back to the drawing board. the poor guy has probably forgotten all about me by now.... i got the gig like 2 months ago or more.

anyway, give me some backstory in a PM, pictures if you've got em, and anything else you think might be helpful for me.

i'm also in the middle of designing the Fat Monster timefest entry poster.

I have not forgotten about you! I apologize for not getting back to you after you sent the last poster design...I really liked it! Different and attention grabbing!

Did I mention "God and Country" won Best Short Film at the GI Film Festival?! We're pretty excited!

I'll get back to you with more specific thoughts once I finish my Timefest entry... :)

I saw you got to work with the Fat Monster crew...awesome! Can't wait to see the poster design for their entry!!!
