I'm excited about this film. Kevin has a real opportunity to show off some of the composition skills he's gained from nature photography with this script. Expect some stunning visuals!

Hey Kevin!
Very excited to see you in the fest. Welcome!
I am a fan of your work. I am looking forward to your next project. (nice! You have Herman and John on board! That's a great start!!!)
Nice poster and tag-line.
I hope that you get the weather that you need!

Thanks Ted!
Nothing much going on here until some of this snow melts. I can actually start to see the top of my fence today!!
John did a great job of writing a script that takes advantage of what I feel I do best, outdoors/nature type stuff.
So, it's a bit out of my comfort zone since I have to actually deal with people and not bears and wolves but I'll manage. :)
Probably not looking to shoot until well into May when things green up and everything is looking nice.

Thanks Blaine!
It's a simple story but it's more in line with my kind of filmmaking.
Every time I put John's script away for a few days and then come back to it, I'm getting more and more excited to go out and shoot it.
I'm starting to see the shots form in my head which is something that usually doesn't happen to me. Imagine that, actually having a plan for the film before you shoot it? :)

Dang, somebody should have thought of that before!
