Ever since TimeFest started, I'm seeing things...

I saw more, but I didn't think to take some grabs of them until I got fed up and took those two!!

This morning, I woke up in tomorrow. And I was like... is this today or is this TimeFest?

Then my wife asked me if I'd fallen asleep reading DVXUser again.

Last night, the future me traveled back in time and stole all of my furniture and then put it all back and went home before I woke up... I think. I was thinking of finding a way to travel into the future and kicking the future-me's arse, but then I realized that it wouldn't make any sense.

Seriously though, I feel like I have been bombarded with time related topics in the last week. And no, you bleeping skeptics, I'm not reading into it. God speed.

We've been in this bizarre loop for countless times now. It always starts with the announcement of TimeFest and we work on our entry only to have it suck ass when the voting occurs. Suddenly an alarm rings and we're waking up the morning TimeFest is announced and it starts all over again. We see the same posts on the board here over and over again and we know what to do to make our thread grow tremendously but no matter how we shoot our film we don't place. Oh, and we have found that although we can't make our entry win, we do have the power to make other people's films place in the top three. So kiss our asses and we'll help you out this time through the loop. ... and, yeah, we've used our repeated cycling through the loops to figure out how to seduce the hot new director, Smilte Bagdziune, on Riuka's thread. It starts by us putting up a post saying how we are in a time loop that we can't get out of and she gets fascinated and responds to us asking if it is really true.

And then Frasier's starship comes out of the time rift, crashes into the Enterprise-D's warp nacelle, both ships blow up, and the whole damn thing starts all over again. Me, I'm just waiting for Data to start dealing threes at the poker game so I know we're on the last loop...

The weirdest thing I ever experienced was how I was capable of going back 24 hours whenever I wanted for about 15 days. This happened 5 years ago. It was on Taveuni Island in Fiji. I was able to jump across the dateline whenever I damn well pleased.

Haha. Yea, I crossed the dateline several times in the Navy. I remember thinking as a kid that if you flew west around the world (very fast), the time would keep going backwards as you went (time zones). Little did I know, some fool had spoiled my time travel plans by creating the international dateline.

I've been stuck in the same day for who knows how long. I wake up and it's snowing outside.

I get up and do different things every day. For example -

1) I've learned how to ice sculpt.

2) I've been taking piano lessons from a music teacher who is continuously surprised at how proficient I am, since she always believes it is my first lesson.

3) I become a more generous newscaster every day.

4) I've gotten my producer to fall in love with me. Granted, I did it wrong at first... taking notes of things she liked and acting like I liked them too, but eventually I learned to just be myself and have her fall in love with me... the whole time becoming a better person.

Earth people know how to put a real damper on time travel. :cheesy:
