Looks just like my DIY. Even the handle. Should work fine. I think it's obvious that it's probably 3 guys who made one for themselves and then thought, "This wasn't too hard, only cost 60 bucks to make, let's make more and sell them on ebay for $200!!!" But hey, why not? Honestly though, if you're going to PURCHASE a dolly, it should be a better quality one. The design of this one in particular you can find the plans for online all over the place, even on this site. I'd say if you want THAT dolly, just make it yourself, it'll serve you well if you take proper care of it.
