apparently it was made by eyedoubleyousee media but they dont have a website.

Well based on the visuals I would guess it was mostly a 2/3" camera shooting in widescreen, probably HD.

Most big-budget docs use multiple cameras anyway. It's likely the studio stuff was shot on a F900 or something similar.

There's really very little point in analyzing the camera if you like the cinematography. I wouldn't analyze the pipe if I liked the plumbing!
