Looking for collaborators in NY/NJ

I desperately want to enter timefest but at this point can't do it alone. I am looking for all sorts of help - DP, audio people, grips, actors, writers, whatever. All help is appreciated. I own a bunch of equipment so having your own isnt necessary (but will be helpful). I can definitely provide food and such - payment is still undecided cause until I know what I'm doing it's kinda hard to judge :)
