Hi. Just wanted to see if anyone would know how to import and edit clips in FCp6. I tried transfering a shot from the camera via usb, and the file tranfers, but when I go to play the qt file, it says that there is som einvalid data. I know I am not doing this right, so. to cut to the chase, how do I get my footage from my camera and into FCP so I can start editing? Also, is there a specific file format for archiving? Any help would be appreciated, as I am not technical enough to figure this out on my own..at least not without pulling my hair out in frustration. Lol. Thanks in advance.
