720p60p to 720p30pn timeline

I have a shoot coming up next week with a fly cam and they are using a 720p60p format but the rest of our project is 720p30pn. Wonder if there are any major problems while down converting the footage during export?

Please tell me how you are 'down converting' footage during export, I have never heard of this. Sorry if my response sounds elementary, but avoiding rendering of 60p footage in a 30p timeline would help speed up cutting stuff I've been given to edit with mixed formats (yes I'm still using FCP 5...)
