hi,
i plan to do a video with a lot of slowmo shots,

1.)is it better to overcrank the camera at 720/24p to 60fps,
or to record 1080/50i (pal-area) with a shutter of 1/100s and then
reduce the speed of the shots in post to 50%, to recieve 25frames plus a 1/50shutter.

2.)when i would decide for the overcrank method at 24p, do i have to use a 1/48 shutter to get a "filmlook", right?

3.)does it make sense to mix the slowmo footy shot in 720p with the regular speed 1080p footage or does it make more sense to shoot everything in 720p?

It's better to overcrank the camera at 720/24p to 60fps. Interlaced will cause lots of unnecessary problems. If you are in a 50Hz country, perhaps just overcrank to 50fps to avoid lighting flicker, if applicable.

No. Use shutter angle mode and set the shutter to 180°. This simulates what a film camera does and always keeps the shutter speed at twice the frame rate.

Either method works fine and I think you should test both for workflow and look and see what suits you. If it were me, I would mix the two formats.

thanks for your help!

so when i set it to 180°, the shutter will always be twice the framerate number?

when i shoot with 25frames, itll be 1/50s
overcranked to 50frmaes, itll be 1/100s
shot with 24frames, itll be 1/48s

so i can control the lighting through the aperture and NDfilters only?

All correct, same as with a film camera.

And you can use gain to boost sensitivity.
