OK so maybe it should be "untitled" but there's no way I'm letting another fest go by without entering. I tried to get in on LoveFEST but our product was coming out sucky... :Drogar-BlackEye(DBG

But TIMEFEST? Yeah... we got's to get us in on TimeFest.... Hey there's plenty of, er, TIME.

Nothing fancy... just your average period piece centered on ancient myan ruins... where a natural formation forms an hourglass in a cave full of booby-traps... the natural hourglass is full of sand that was deposited there after the great flood of Noah's day... and the sand was the pre-determined time before God would wipe the earth clean again... and deforestation machinery shook the stopped flow loose and it flows again... this is what's really behind global warming...

... and ultimately Indi saves the world in a self-sacrificial leap into the whirlpool of draining sand... as he gets sucked down and blocks the flow again... with his dead body.

I'm thinking we can do this for $200 and a case of Stag beer. Who's with me?

Can I change the title of this flick later just in case we can't come up with the Stag beer?

This title should so be Indy 4's new title LOL.

Best of luck to ya!

Hey got your PM....I'm a huge Indy fan, I think we can do this for $197 :)

I'll pm you later about your script(s).

Thanks Larry. While I can't guarantee the polish of the finest entries... I'll squeeze every drop out of an original DVX.

For the sarcastically challenged... it's pretty unlikely that we'll be able to do the bit that the title implies... but expect SOMETHING... that is for DAMN SURE.

Yeah I didn't think Harrison Ford would do it, but he saw my trv-17 and he was so impressed with it that he signed on.

Hey as soon as Larry and I decide on a script direction this thread will be deleted, edited, or replaced with the real title.

you might want to go with something like "cleveland jackson" just so you don't get sued.

Cleaveland Jackson...
I like the sound of that.

I was gonna suggest Montana Frank (then his friends could call him Monty)

I like Monty... man it would be a real surprise if we actually tried to work with that one... the "indi-flick" I mean... wow, let me find some investors.

I thought I was clever with Bucky Kentucky and then my niece said that's already been done with that one chick named after Big Sky country.

She could be a girl and let's make it Roda South Dakota... trust me you don't really want to start this.

My other title choice was There Will Be Time... or perhaps a cooking show... I was hoping it would be Thyme Fest.

Either way I think Larry and I are in... and Larry may be in other projects as well (which I would encourage) but let's see what I can do since I'm not starting in the last 10 days this time.

Yea, I have my project and I'm helping out one, possibly two others ... but I am definitely in this one. The ideas you sent me were great, and as I mentioned in the PM there were two that really caught my attention .. well three including the bucky wyoming, or whatever you said :)

Between the two of us we should be able to dethrone the Fat Monster Machine!! ... or at least have a lot of fun

Larry... since you're a MOD... do you want to edit this thread or how should I handle this? Should we delete this thread entirely and just post a new one?

As of now our project is most likely to be titled The Watchmaker

Just start a new one, we'll let this one die out on it's own, but not delete it ... then we always have the Wyoming Kid posts to come back to

Hey Matt! Glad to see you in this fest! I have been enjoying your contributions here and look forward to see your work!

I like your premise here. And I think that a period piece is an awesome. And for $200? Even better!

Best to you.
