hey everyone, what is the best workflow from shake to FCP and DVDsp?

I have bunch of clips in shake for a dvd reel, was wondering how to get the best quality from shake to FCP and to dvdsp? For now, I am resizing the clips I have in shake to 720/480 (keeping the same aspect ratio) then output with QT dv ntsc codec and in the options I chose best quality, 16:9 and progressive. I then import to FCP and render them out as mpeg2 for dvdsp. are the settings/codec correct? or how can I further improve the quality of DVD I am trying to burn. looking for any advice.

cheers~

Can't you just skip FCP and go Shake->Compressor(convert to m2v)->DVDSP?

What's the native codec of your Shake footage?
