How many of you HPX500 Owners are going to NAB? I'm pretty excited as this is really the first year that I have the time to make it out to Vegas.

I'll be coming from Texas, I'm a little disappointed that Apple and Avid won't be there. Looking back over the years, most of my time was spent at the other booths, so it won't keep me away. I love looking at everything in 1 place. Helps me decide what I'm going to buy.

I agree and heres my point at companies that are getting small on trade shows. When people are busy, this is one time they can get somewhere and get a bit hands on with what they need for the next year, production etc etc, there is much more opportunity to compare side by side.

Well, they have more rooms there than anywhere. You need to hurry! But if you are looking for deals, you can always try travelocity or priceline. There are a lot of off strip hotels that you can find too, Doubletree, Extended stay america, etc.

I guess we should probably make it central so people can get there easily, maybe close to the convention center. There is a bar/club right across the street called "The Beach", I assume it's still there. We could also meet at one of the casinos or something. I don't know when though. Thoughts?

Envious of you guys, I got a small consellation however - 3 day job in Korea.

Andrew, wanted to ask you to mate. I am returning to Aus, Gold Coast (originally from Sydney but lived in Melbourne for a number of years also), but gonna do a roadtrip down to Melbourne see a couple of friends for a few days, have to pick a few things up also. Would love to pop by and check out your operation, Ill shout you lunch.

Circus Circus had decent rates. I got mine just a few days ago. It was aprox 89 bucks a night. Oh yeah, our HPX500 should be in in a few weeks. Really looking forward to trying it out.
