Found a Minolta XL 601

Tech department was getting rid of all this stuff and had a Super 8mm Minolta XL 601 sitting in a box. It's brand new, looks like its never been used. I just dont know what to use it for besides putting it next to my film memorbillia. How much does a reel of super 8 run?

I noticed your post and was wondering how attached you have become to the camera... my wife's cherished 601 was stolen recently and I am looking for a replacement. She had it for 20 years and was devastated when her bag disappeared. She's a die hard super-8 nut and will shoot the stuff until kodak itself is discontinued... If you have any desire to sell it, please let me know.
