Install Pp2 To External Drive

I get my copy of pp2 this weekend and was thinking of installing it on my first external hd. My internal drive is a 10k sata 150 gb and thought i would free up some space on it.. Any do or dont suggestions for this kind of install ??

Applications run best from Boot Drive.

On a PC, the drive letter isn't always the same each time you connect an external drive. This can create a nightmare with programs, since the registry uses drive letters to find files. It's best to move your media files to the external drive, and keep your programs on the boot drive.
