I bought and tried out the new dvMatte Pro (http://www.dvgarage.com/prod/prod.php?prod=dvmattep3) plugin for Final Cut Pro and Motion yesterday.
If you're in the market for a keyer that can do some unbelievable stuff with DV footage, this looks like it's your best bet. I've been looking for something like this for a while, and the results are better than I could have hoped for.

Really though, check it out. They're even selling it at a $50 discount until February 15th. They've got a demo (http://www.dvgarage.com/prod/prod.php?prod=dvmattep3&sub=samples) you can download too, but with the usual watermarking limitation.
